Returns
Thank you for shopping at Descart! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. That's why we have a clear and easy-to-understand return policy to help you if you need to return an item.
Return Policy:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please email us at descart.design@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition or if it has been used or damaged by the customer.
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer a simple exchange policy to help you get a replacement.
Exchange Policy:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
- To initiate an exchange, please email us at descart.design@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
- We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
